Refund policy

We operate on a made-to-order (print-on-demand) basis. Every item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size, preference, or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a refund.

 

1. Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item arrived with a manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong product

To request a return, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery at mail@ignore-society.com and provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description

Returns for any other reason — including size issues, fit, color expectations, or buyer’s remorse — are not accepted, as every item is produced uniquely for your order.

Do not send items back without contacting us; unauthorized returns will not be processed.


2. Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, we will:

  • Issue a replacement at no cost or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

Please note:

  • Refund processing times depend on your bank or card issuer
  • We do not refund shipping fees unless the error was on our side

 

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times vary)
  3. Contact your bank

If you’ve completed the above and still haven’t received it, email mail@ignore-society.com.

 

4. Sale Items

Sales, discounted items, promotional items, and limited drops are final sale and cannot be refunded unless damaged or defective.

 

5. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • We can issue store credit for the return value
  • The credit will be emailed once the claim is approved

If the order was not marked as a gift:

  • Refunds are issued to the original purchaser only

 

6. Shipping for Returns

If a return is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions
  • In most cases, we will cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items
  • We do not cover return shipping for international shipments unless the issue was our fault

Depending on your location, replacement delivery times may vary.

If you send items over €75 on your own, use a trackable shipping method — we can’t guarantee receipt of parcels we didn’t authorize.

 

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because all products are made-to-order:

  • Orders cannot be changed once placed (size, color, items)
  • Orders cannot be canceled after production begins
  • If you need help, email us immediately at mail@ignore-society.com — timing is critical

 

8. International Orders

Customers outside the EU are responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • Local taxes

These charges are set by your country and are non-refundable.
